24kt Gold Casino Review

Unlike many of the casinos that are reviewed in the other Playtech casinos section of this website I have no real problem with 24kt Gold Casino. After an in depth look around the Internet I haven't found any complaints about them.

This is a compliment because if a casino is robbing or scamming their players it doesn't take very long for complaints to surface.

24kt Gold Casino has been around for a few years so I think it's safe to assume that they do operate to a degree of fairness and integrity.

Despite this they still don't make it to my recommended list and this is for a few reasons.

The main reasons are due to the slow pay out times. I say this countless times all over this site but fast pay out times are what you want from an online casino, 24kt Gold aren't as quick as the casinos that I play at.

The customer support could also be better, I contacted them ages ago via the live chat, I don't even remember what I wanted now but it took too long.

However 24kt Gold Casino may still be worth playing at, they use the Playtech software which as you may already know is my favorite.

Typically the Playtech software graphics are changed slightly for each casino to suit there own personal brand and the 24kt Gold graphics are up there with the best that I've found.
