Casino Tropez Review

Casino Tropez are another casino that go straight onto my not recommended list. A quick search on google will give you countless casino tropez scam reports of them not paying players.

I myself have had problems with them as well, the first problem being the customer support. After I signed up and downloaded the software they simply wouldn't leave me alone.

As soon as I logged into the casinos they started contacting me via the instant chat and started telling me lots of Bull Shit about there bonus offers and how they would gladly assist me with my deposit.

Well I say that it was the customer support but it was as if a robot was talking to me rather than a person, as soon as I said I needed to disable my bonuses the communication practically stopped.

You can read why I didn't want the bonus on the don't accept casino bonus page.

Casino Tropez aren't the only Playtech casino that do their best to instantly push you to their cashier page, there are a few others to. Anyway back to what I was saying, I needed them to disable my bonus so that I could play roulette with no problems and there was a long delay between every response that they gave me.

The main reasons for this are because it's in the casinos interest to give you the bonus rather than not give you one and as I've already said read the don't accept casino bonus page for more information on this.

So the customer support could be a lot better but they aren't the only problems. As I said there are numerous reports of them not paying players, but this of course is propaganda, there's no concrete evidence, but I've got some other reasons for you to stay away.

As with all Playtech casinos the pay out times are painfully slow, withdrawals via Moneybookers will take around 6 days and that's if you can get them to pay you at all.

Casino Tropez will ask for a copy of your passport, driving license or utility bill before paying you but not before taking deposits off you. As I point out on the casino identification scam page, this is an excuse not to pay players and I strongly advice that you read that page.

Casino Tropez actually still have £110 of mine because they want a copy of my passport and I simply refuse to send it to them, you've no idea who you're actually sending it to.

So to sum up, as soon as you sign up at casino tropez they're all over you like a rash trying to get you to deposit, but they're no where near as quick when it comes to giving you money back.
