Casino.com Scam

A while ago I played at Casino.com and they scammed me out of my money. Now I will point two things out before I go any further

1. Casino.com aren't the only ones scamming people like this, in fact almost every Playtech casino acts in the same way

2. If you play at my recommended casinos on the online roulette king home page you won't get the following problems.

It all started when I did I search online for ways to make money and I found a site giving away a roulette system. They said that it could be used for easy profits and they recommended that I use the system at casino.com

I didn't realize at the time but this was nothing but a fraudulent promotion and you can read why on the martingale roulette system scam page.

I deposited some money and I got a welcome bonus. The site that gave me the system and told me to play at casino.com said that I should take full advantage of the bonus because it was free money.

At the time I had no experience of playing roulette online so I started playing the game with the bonus money in my account which was a huge mistake and you can read why on the casino bonus scam page.

I actually managed to win a bit of money so I then tried to make a withdrawal.

The withdrawal money then went out of my account.

The bonus money was also taken from my account even though I didn't withdraw it.

I then looked at the status of my withdrawal and it was "pending" this is also a scam, read why on the pending period scam page.

Four days later when the pending period had passed I looked at the status of my withdrawal. It was DECLINED

I tried to contact the customer support via the instant chat and what a surprise, no answer.

I then contacted them by phone and after far too long waiting around I finally got hold of someone.

I asked them why my withdrawal had been DECLINED and why the money hadn't been put back in my account.

The man told me that because I hadn't completed the wagering requirements for the bonus (read more about this on the casino bonus scam page) my withdrawal plus the original bonus money had been classed as void.

He also said that any future withdrawals would also be classed as void until I had completed the wagering requirements.

I was in total shock I couldn't believe it, I asked him how close I was to completing the wagering requirements and he said, "You haven't even started completing them yet because you've been playing roulette, all forms of roulette don't count towards the wagering requirements."

I was like "What the hell? This is a scam."

And then he said that I agreed to this when I agreed to the terms and conditions.

And that was the conclusion to our conversation.

I just sat there, I knew I'd been scammed, duped or whatever you want to call it and that there was absolutely no chance what so ever of getting my money back.

What really annoyed me about this was classing my withdrawal money as void (in other words they were keeping it) plus taking the bonus money away from me.

Why not just give it back? Why not just tell me I hadn't completed the wagering requirements therefore I'm not eligible for withdrawals?

Basically they didn't want to give it back because then I had a slightly higher chance of completing the stupid wagering requirements which they obviously don't want because then they would have less excuses to not pay me.

To make things worse not only had the withdrawal money plus the bonus money been taken off me but I STILL had to complete the wagering requierments for a bonus I no longer had.

So that is my experience with Casino.com, I think they scammed me, they will say that I agreed to the terms and conditions.

I will let you now be the judge, I have a feeling that you will agree with me that casino.com is a scam.

Do you own Casino.com? Are you a representative of them? If so and you're no longer scamming people in the ways mentioned above get in touch with me via the contact page and prove it to me. I will soon remove this page if you've cleaned up your ways. If not don't bother contacting me.
