My only slight problem with Totesport is that they don't have many deposit/withdrawal options, currently the only allow credit/debit cards.

Incase you aren't sure when you make a withdrawal to a debit card the money gets paid directly into your bank account so in many people's opinions this is a better option than Paypal or Moneybookers.
