William Hill Casino Review
William Hill are in a constant battle with Ladbrokes to be the largest gambling brand in the UK. William Hill
recently made a deal with Playtech meaning William Hill currently operate two online casinos.
I do NOT currently recommend the Playtech version of William Hill, this version is known as William Hill Club
Casino and it can be found at williamhillcasino.com
William hill also have some sort of a deal with 21 Nova Casino (formally known as 32 Vegas) and they're also
just one of the many casinos on my not recommended list.
The reason that I do not recommend the Playtech version of William Hill is because they will take
money off you all day long but as soon as you try and make a withdrawal they will ask for proof of identification.
This is a scam if they want proof of identification they should ask for it before you deposit money, not after.
You can read more about this scam on the casino identification
scam page. Pay outs also take 6 days via Moneybookers which is another scam and you can read more about this on
the casino pending period scam page.
The Playtech version of William Hill was a huge disappointment, if they'd had fast pay outs and didn't mess
around with the I.D scam they would be on my recommended list. I get the impression that William Hill club casino
has been heavily influenced by Playtech and the policies that they have and this isn't a good thing.
So to sum up William Hill Club casino which is found at williamhillcasino.com is not recommended, they are a
long way off the casinos recommended on the online roulette king home page.
However there's another online casino that William Hill have and they can be found at casino.williamhill.com and
they're much better.
They DON'T ask you for I.D or any of that rubbish before they pay you your winnings. They also have lightning
fast pay out times, withdrawals via Moneybookers are dealt with in 6 hours which is worlds away from the ridiculous
6 days that the Playtech version offers.
This version of the William Hill Casino has been around much longer than Playtech one and it is a much better
casino to play at. The only reason for them not being in my top 5 casinos is because of the game play.
This is the case for most casinos in my nearly made it list like Sky
Vegas and Virgin, they only offer Flash versions and it's no where near
as good as Microgaming or Playtech software.
William Hill do have a download version which is nearly as good as Playtech and Microgaming, it's just that the
roulette play is slightly slower than the roulette on offer at Playtech and Microgaming and that's the only reason
for them not being in my to 5.
When William Hill made a deal with Playtech they should have kept the policies from their old casino i.e
fast pay outs and merged that with the Playtech software.
Instead it's as if the two casinos are operated by two completely separate companies with completely different
policies.
Just to make sure you get the picture:
williamhillcasino.com - not recommended, they're a long way off my recommended casinos
casino.williamhill.com - Nearly made it to my recommended list, it's a very good casino
